Some of the activity is like “having passed off – ramps on a freeway” that led to great stuff, but we wanted to keep going and see what all was out there before we decided where to go, and after a while we are out of everything we needed, and then need to stop, and work, and the whole damn place is like a construction project, so we need to live like homeless people, or primitive immature animals, just to get the cash to get back to someplace that is sane.

Then the managers, the amateurs, tell us that…, “they want to hear our complaints, our ideas, they want to listen to us”, so we tell them that we could make a lot more money, for them, and for ourselves,  if they would not keep us off balance all the time.

Keeping people off balance is their primary skill.

Some of those old ideas, for a complete functional society, from the 60s, 70s, and 80s, got part way finished, and then we stopped working on them, and followed the mainstream and the mainstream was being led to some really weird directions when so many amateurs were put in charge of the cash in the 80s.

They lead us away from projects that could allow us independence and control of ourselves and the true feeling of personal identity.

Like if a kid gets good at ice skating and they could get $400 dollars a day being an entertainer on an ice rink…, the parents might not want the kid making more money than the parents, so the parents put the kid in college or make the kid work fast food.

Stopping somebody from being independent or having a private life seems to be the big deal thing you need to prove you can do before you can get cash or a credit card.

You need to sort of …,“hold still’…, to function, you need everything you need within close reach, so you can get some work done.

So the way to do it, is basically to become a delivery person, you turn around and stop chasing the stuff that is too far away and ask the people close to you if you can get them anything , almost every time you go anyplace.

Then the entire group will function and reward independence, and punish management.

Try asking around about fish cannery managers.

That system might be exactly what is running your local government.

Then she gets ten  $ grand, and moves out of her parents  house.

She is young, and wants her own apartment, and gets it.

They keep it a secret, she is too young so the parents pretend they are renting the place..

Then this kid blows about a third of the cash on stupid ideas that don’t work.

Then real life starts throwing real things at her.

She wants the locker rooms in the ice rink to have more private space for the girls who are more mature and don’t like having a bunch of mean girls watching all the time  and trying to change everything they do.

So some of the kids cash, needs to go for the organization of a bunch of people to put cash together…, to slam into the management of the rink and their supporters who  insist that locker rooms need to force everybody to stand about a foot from everybody else during the most private moments of their day.

The problem is , that locker room thing, puts the dumbest bimbo available, in charge of the behavior of the smartest champion girl.

Ever notice that ice rinks are almost always the same exact shape?

I could think of dozens of awesome shapes a rink could be.

I would like to see a four story shopping mall with ice on the floors, and then, have only curved hallways.

Then turn off the lights and have only…, a full array of disco lights…, in the hallways.

Infared everything and lazer city.

And the construction crew to build the ice mall, would only allow11 to 17 year old kids on the site to construct the place, they can do it, and they can get the millions of dollars and then they…, can get houses and cars, and then CHOOSE exactly  what education they want and pay for it.

That would make instruction a highly competitive thing.

The cute mini skirt that shows off the body she is pretty well stuck with, no matter what, is not her identity.

The apartment, and the ice rink, are not her identity.

What she does, to show up anywhere to help a person to achieve a private life and identity of their own, is her identity.

The skater chick I knew was not really interested in living with a man yet, she wanted to drive, but she was a little young, then she was still active , trying to get the skating thing arranged so there were a lot of people that would give kids rides and stuff so the parents could work.

Then those girls like to get into weird volunteer stuff  with things like music and production they really don’t know all that much about, but they can put some of their experience and energy into the projects and sometimes get into production work and maybe get a little more cash flow going.

The young ladies, and a lot of young guys, were not remotely ready to only promote one single person of the opposite sex in any type of relationship or marriage, and then ignore the rest of the human race, and sit at home forever, all alone, watching TV  or surfing the internet.

The activity, to leave the security of her apartment, and the rink, and take action to elevate and promote average people to the level of champions is what will be rewarded.

People will fear and respect a person who has real life experience promoting another human being.

If the parents who gave the girl the apartment keep a set of keys for the girl’s apartment for themselves, that will never make me fear or respect those parents.

When the parents can focus on another project, and replace the security they lose from letting the kid go, with other creative and imaginative methods, that is what I will fear and respect.

The cannery manager is a unit that can follow a management format.

It does not take a lot of brains to clean and freeze a fish.

The initial idea…. was that management fanatics like Fredrick Taylor did not want to ” find a man who was good at the job”…, they wanted to lower the standards to rock bottom, and then make it so any idiot could be a manager, and amplify production.

So if one pretty girl on ice skates looks good, then 300 of them on the ice at the same time, would be better, I guess.

Then it would not matter at all if any of them a knew how to skate, they would simply be proof that productivity of ice skater units, could be amplified and production levels could be increased.

In my life people would somehow naturally want to follow me…, and actually what they were doing…., was telling me what to do, but they were the work crew and I would be the guy who set them up so they could get their work done.

Most people would say that what I was doing, by helping the crew of workers, was “against nature,” and then “against religion” and then “against evolution” and then, whatever they had to say to sound like they were conforming to the system they believed was in power at the moment.

So in the late 1800s…, they came up wit this idea of never wanting the “guy who was good at it” to be the leader.

So the guys who are good at it, are considered a threat to the system.

Then if you allow that, it gets worse, it will never get better if you start with that .

That means that the guys who are good at it will look like more and more of a threat until they are finally behind bars and razor wire.

Then “pretending you are a stupid person and all set to be a worker unit,” has gotten to be what takes up and wastes, about ninety percent of our energy and cash.

Awesome productivity with a leftover surplus of really bad protocols that make it so none of the stuff we are producing is very much fun to have anyway.

Pretty safe bet.

They like the tactic, of “going really deep”, to create the illusion that they are taking you seriously and treating you like an adult.

What they are doing, is collecting information so they can treat you like you are a teenager and you have never earned a promotion to the status of an adult.

They will interrogate you, and find some little area of your life that is not perfect and mostly just make money for themselves, by screwing around with your life, like it is a toy,  until you get sick of it and leave, or get mad and get hostile with them.

If you give idiots access to your life, you are asking for trouble.

An amateur or idiot…., will keep you off balance.

When you try to get back on balance they will take credit for making you “productive.”

Normal civilian workers never, ever, needed help, getting off balance.

Real life tends to create a natural perspective or insight that looks like something needs to be done today.

There will be morning chores or something like that…, and then work tends to be right in your face, no matter how you might try to avoid it.

Peaceful work generates a security and a surplus, that are measured, and added up, to be an extreme threat to people who are playing endless games with credit, and managers who bluff about everything, and can not support any of their drama or crisis, with real proof.

Real work with real adults works.

That means they are meeting a real challenge.

But when managers create a challenge that is not real there can be no real progress.

The progress is the solid personal identity, and that ability to promote another person.

A minimum wage worker, unit, is not exactly a person you go to, hoping for a promotion in you life.

So who do you go to?

You go, to science fiction.

“The dishwasher at the local hotel restaurant, built a rocket in his backyard and went to another galaxy and saved the day for some repressed locals on an exotic planet and got a million bucks and came back to earth and got a house and a car and then got a nice camper and a Harley and retired and lived happily ever after. “

Switch the dishwasher for a cannery worker.

The huge banks and wall street guys, just hate the idea of being a cannery worker.

They love the cash, but not the smell. They are not mature or adjusted enough to keep a good attitude, in the the social pressure, from smelling like fish no matter what, for weeks.

So the cannery management will ask the workers if they like science fiction and then create the fantasy that “you too could build a rocket and save the day” by making minimum wage, and “saving up”, like a good kid, and then you can get a camper and a Harley someday.

Our rule was….. consider your motive, before, risking a…. R I V A L R Y.

The “establishment types” wanted us to be competitive with each other and have rivalries…, but it was not paying us, so we stopped all that garbage and tried to keep some solid friendships going.

We would have, and could have, had rivalries, but there was no money or security in it. Just pretending…. we did not “like” the other team, was getting us nowhere.

(The word “like” is about emotion, we were guys…, we would respect and fear the product the other team produced, it was about quality, never emotion.)

There were some really good ideas, that we fully understood…., but nobody would believe that we could predict the consequences of our ideas, when we had never proven we could manage a cannery or bank.

For example it would be exciting to learn how to build custom leather bucket seats for a sports car, and have the tools and materials to get the job done within a couple of days.

That does not mean competitive, that is about driving along in the dark, in a car, and nobody can see you, or knows you built the seat you are sitting in, but it is custom built just for you , by you,  and that makes the car a lot more safe, and, more comfortable.

That removes the rivalry, and the competition, and somebody in this society believes that would stop the planet from existing.

They want to keep track, of the rivalries and the products so nobody can build horrendous weapons in their garage. That is their EXCUSE…, but really they just love the gossip and shredding people who are superior and have better skills and aptitude and abilities.

If any idiot really started building weapons, in his garage,  it would never work. It is a normal thing to talk like it would be no problem , but really there is something about needing to know exactly what the enemy has for weapons first, and that information can change, about every ten seconds, in any real conflict.

The arrogant idea that you could slow down or stop a guy from building something society would not like by simply harassing everybody, and breaking everybody’s alliances, is a bit extreme.

These people I’m talking about would institutionalize the concept of a snowman, and make money by keeping track of the data on the rivalries and competition they would force to develop, by keeping both sides off balance.

We saw those great ideas, like custom seats for cars, fly past like little towns off to the side of a freeway, we memorized where the off -ramp was, and kept going years ago, but wanted to wait till the losers and scavengers got bored or occupied with something else before we went back to that area.

The risk of working on building possibly dozens of custom car seats in your garage is that some flighty neighbor will alert the legions of local management wannabes to your location and those manager types will try to knock you off balance, and then take credit for the product you create.
